• Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record required
• Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition
• Excellent knowledge of Madison Heights and surrounding areas
• Friendly, professional demeanor with customers
• Smartphone required for GPS and order management app

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle incoming orders by phone and in-person, assist customers with menu questions, manage POS transactions, and ensure every interaction reflects the warm, welcoming spirit of Green lantern pizza. This role is the first impression of our brand — your personality matters!

• Strong verbal communication and people skills
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Lead a team of 5–10 staff members during your shift, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to Green lantern pizza quality and safety standards. • 2+ years experience in restaurant or food service, with at least 6 months in a supervisory role

You'll capture behind-the-scenes kitchen content, create engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, respond to online reviews, and support local marketing campaigns. This is a creative role for someone who loves food and storytelling in equal measure.

• Active presence and strong understanding of social media platforms
• Experience with content creation, photography, or graphic design is a strong plus
